Why Create This Comic?

Sometimes you see something and it gives you the drive to say something in response. I’m not hoping to “win” any argument, or to “convert” anybody to anything. I want to create something that everybody will look at.

All you people who are weary of “Twilight,” (as well as all who can’t get enough of it), come and read my comic! Can’t stand Stephenie Meyer? Tired of the craze her writings have spawned? Wondering how she was able to get published, and what good it could actually produce? Fear not: I am the end that justifies her means! HUZZAH!

SMeyer created something that shook the world, and my comic is the aftershock. She’s given me this wonderful gift – the excitement to react and to challenge. In a strange and twisted way, our creations share a common ancestor, with an important difference: Her book is based on a wet dream she had. My book is based on a nightmare I hope to never have.
